Jay Li is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment leader with over 15 years of experience across FMCG, internet platforms, and digital assets. As the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer, Jay oversees the firm’s global crypto investment strategy, on-chain analytics, and major portfolio decisions. He is also responsible for managing key client relationships and guiding institutional and high-net-worth investors through complex, rapidly evolving digital-asset markets.

Jay began his career at Procter & Gamble as a management trainee, where he built strong foundations in analytical thinking, operational excellence, and strategic planning. Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, he founded three companies—two of which secured more than ¥50 million in funding from top-tier venture capital firms and publicly listed companies—giving him deep insight into market cycles, asset valuation, and business-building under uncertainty.

At Domining, Jay leads the development of proprietary crypto research models, including macro-linked market structure frameworks, on-chain behavioral analytics, and risk-reward decision systems. His investment approach combines data rigor with long-term conviction, helping clients capture structural opportunities in Bitcoin, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies.

Jay holds an MBA jointly awarded by University College London (UCL) and Peking University (PKU), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
